โœ… The Set-up
- Stand with feet underneath your shoulders.

๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ The Action
- Bring one knee back behind and across your body.
- Bend both knees so front shin is vertical and back knee touches the ground.
- Push off of front foot, bringing back leg back across to starting position.

- Standing up fully both legs fully locked out.
