- Hold a weight in your arms, pressing it against the ceiling, arms perpendicular to the ground.

- Lift shoulder blades and legs off of the ground, keeping knees locked out.
- Scissor kick one leg on top of the other leg laterally, then return to center, then switch which leg is on top.
