Sometimes our workouts are so tough that you can't walk straight, so we have you jumping from side to side.

โœ… The Set-up
- Stand with feet under your hips, to the side of a small object on the ground (few inches).

๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ The Action
- Bend your knees and hips, shoulders leaning over.
- Jump over the object, laterally, with a two-foot take-off, landing with two feet.

โœ… The Finish
- Landing on the other side of the object.
