A great way to upset your obliques.

- Sit on your bottom
- Balancing on your butt/tailbone
- Feet off ground, knees bent
- Torso upright
- Hold weight in hands at your belly
- Turn to the right, touch the ground with the object
- Then turn to the left, keeping body as stationary as possible, rotate at the core
