The Set-up
- Stand with feet underneath your shoulders, arms holding into free weights.

- Jump feet outside of shoulders.
- Move arms from the sides of your body to straight up overhead, bringing weights overhead.
- Return feet back to underneath you, arms to the sides.
- Repeat.

- Landing a jump with feet to the outsides of the shoulders, arms straight raised above your head with weights in hand.
