Too shy about working out in front of others? Not a problem. Feel free to leave your camera off and you can still get the benefits of having a coach there with you.

Minimal to no equipment required! We can help you get creative with things around the house or we can sub in bodyweight-only exercises.
"I don't have any experience."

Getting right into the holiday swing of things. It's a long one today and a good combination of holding under tension and running. Try to hold the wall sit for the entire minute. The swings do not have to be unbroken, but try your best to work for most of the 2 minutes. The 400s should be fast so that you can really take advantage of the longer rest periods.
