This week all about heroes...which means it's a full week of hero wods! Now, hero WODS are not your ordinary workouts and are meant to test you, so a full week of hero workouts is very ambitious. We're throwing caution to the wind here, so please remember to scale and modify where you need to.
Today's workout takes a lot of dynamic effort. So, don't let the simple repscheme fool you, you're in for a long one today. Pick weights that allow you break up the reps in no more than 2-3 sets. Find a consistent pace and stick to it. Similar to yesterday, cap yourself at 25 minutes if you're still working at that time.
