Split Cleans
Use a moderate weight where you can feel some resistance but can still do 20 reps unbroken for the first couple rounds.

🤰 perform 20 Staggered-stance Deadlifts, 10 reps per side.
Equipment: barbell, dumbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack.

Russian Twists
Use a weight that will challenge you.

Options: perform with arms only and feet off the ground —> perform with weight in arms feet on the ground.
🤰 perform 30 Weighted Torso Twists (light weight, something you can do in 1-2 sets).

Even: 8-10 Front-to-back Lunges, total
Odd: 10 Single-arm Bent Rows, total + 20 Toe Taps, total
