Man-makers
Use a weight you can do at least 5-6 reps unbroken at the beginning of the workout. You may have to break it up further towards the end of the workout as you're more taxed and that's okay.
Options: adjust to 6-reps --> perform a Kick-back instead of full Push-up.
💪 perform the Push-up on the knees.
🤰 perform 5 Elevated Burpees + 5 Bent Rows + 5 Thrusters.
Equipment: dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack.
Box Jump-overs
Options: adjust to 12-reps.
💪/🤰 perform a Step-over.
Equipment: elevated surface like a box, bench, chair --> no equipment option: Double Jump-overs.
