Options: perform with one single weight, switching sides as needed.
💪 perform a Kick-back instead of full Burpee on the Devil’s Press.
🤰 perform 6 Elevated Burpees + 6 Single-arm Swings, each arm.
Mixed Carry
Options: perform as one arm at the shoulder and other arm at the side (instead of overhead).
💪/🤰 switch sides as needed and perform only until the 90-sec. mark, resting 30-sec. each round.
