Today, we have one of THE hardest movements known to man...the SQUAT SNATCHES. This movement is challenging because it tests your balance, coordination, FLEXIBILITY, and strength all in one swoop. We have lots of options to meet you where you're at, so don't be too scared, but being a little scared is okay.

Hang Snatch
Options: increase to 10-reps if it’s too light.

Overhead Squat
Options: increase to 10-reps if it’s too light.
💪 perform Overhead Lunges.
🤰 perform Front Squats.

Hang Squat Snatch
💪/🤰 perform 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat attempt (go just to a quarter squat if necessary).
