Power Cleans
Options: if only using a single weight, option to perform 15-30-45 Single-arm Power Cleans, switching arms as needed.
🤰 perform Hang Power Cleans or Single-arm version.
Equipment: barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, backpack.

Box HSPU
Options: adjust to 4-8-12 or 3-6-9 rep scheme.
💪 perform Pike Push-ups.
🤰 perform Seated Presses.
🔥 perform Handstand Push-ups.
Equipment: box, chair, or any elevated surface —> no equipment: perform Pike Push-ups.

Handstand Hold
Options: perform from a Handstand Kick-up or a Wall Climb, then perform with knees/feet on a Box --> NO REDUCING DURATION! Mwahah 😈
💪/🤰 perform Overhead Hold.
