Ground-to-overhead
Options: reduce weight → number of reps to 6 per round.
💪/ 🤰option to perform Hang Clean & Press.
Equipment: barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), bottles of water, or backpack.

Lateral Burpees
Options: reduce to 6-8 reps per round → perform regular Burpees (not over the weight) -→ perform Kick-backs.
💪 perform 6 reps per round, stepping laterally over the weight.
🤰 perform 8 Elevated Burpees.
Equipment: same weight as Ground-to-overhead.
