Your goal is to maintain movement for as much of the 15 minutes as possible. Keep the core movements unbroken and find a personalized option that will challange you.

Jump Rope
Options: do it for practice instead of reps.
💪 perform Jumping Jacks.
Equipment: if no rope, perform 2-min. T-Jumps.

Weighted Sit-ups
Options: perform with no weight.
Equipment: single weight like dumbbell, kettlebell, backpack.

Sit-ups
Options: perform Anchored Sit-ups.

Alternating V-ups & V-ups
Options: touch shin or knee instead of foot  → perform with a bent knee → perform 4-6 reps per side.
💪 Lying Leg Lifts, applicable for both movements.
