Easter Egg Russian Twists
Twists can be done with an egg or a weight. Pick a light weight where you can go the entire minute without stopping!
Options: make object heavier or lighter → perform with feet on the ground.

Goblet Squats holding a plastic egg or a weight at chest! Challenge yourself here - go pretty heavy so you can't do more than 15 at a time.
Lateral Hops
Lateral Hops with hands up like a bunny or holding a weight at chest level.
Choose a difficulty that's pretty fast-moving.
Options: hold a weight at the chest → perform without weight holding hands at chest like a bunny! → jump laterally over the ground instead of a weight → side step instead of jump.
🤰 perform Lateral Toe Taps, holding a weight at the chest or without.
Bird Peckers with weight
Bird Peckers without weight or hold a weight & perform Single-leg Deadlift.
Go on the conservative side with weight as this movement is more about balance/control.
Options: perform with weight in hand (Single-leg Deadlifts) → adjust load → perform without weight → perform Staggered-stance Hip HInge.
