Lateral Burpees
Pick an option you can finish in at least 5 minutes or less.
Options: adjust to 20 reps → perform for max reps in 3-min. → step/hop over the object instead of two foot take-off → perform Kick-backs

Power Cleans
Pick a medium weigh where you're able to do at least the first round unbroken and may have to break up the last couple sets.
💪/🤰 perform Hang Power Cleans.
Equipment: barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack.
Push Jerks
Pick a medium weigh where you're able to do at least the first round unbroken and may have to break up the last couple sets.
💪 perform one arm at a time, total reps.

Add in a 30-60 sec. rest after and before the Buy-in and Buy-out.
