Sorry, not sorry! 😆 There are worst things than doing a hundred burpees...we just can't really think of them at the moment. For the workout today, your goal is to get to 100 burpees as fast as you can. For each 2-minute round, the faster you finish the jump rope and Push Jerks, the more time you have to do burpees.

Double/Single-unders
Choose a difficulty that allows you to go more or less unbroken.
Options: perform entirely as Doubles → perform 15 Doubles + 15 Singles → perform all Singles → adjust to 15-20 reps → perform 30-sec. Jump Rope practice.
🤰/No Equipment Option: perform Toe Taps, total reps.
Push Jerks
Pick a weight where you can definitely do 6 unbroken.
Load Too Light? perform 8-10 reps.
Equipment: barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, backpack, jugs of water.
Lateral Burpees
Pick a Burpee difficulty that is challenging but you can still move through!
Options: make Burpee goal 75, then 50-reps → step over laterally instead of jumping → perform Kick-backs instead of Burpees.

🤰 perform until you reach 75 Elevated Burpees.
