5 Turkish Get-ups, each side

In the remaining time, AMRAP:
5 Suitcase Deadlifts
5 Single-arm Hang Snatches
*Perform all on one side, then switch to other.

Rest 1-min.

Turkish Get-ups
Use a weight that you can move through pretty quickly.

🤰 perform 5 Overhead Lunges + 5 Side Plank Hip Lifts, each side.

Suitcase Deadlift/Hang Snatches
Use a medium weight you can move unbroken while still feeling resistance.

Equipment
Single weight like a dumbbell, kettlebell, bottle of water, or shoe.
