Staggered Stance Deadlifts
Perform alternating the staggered leg.

Options: only go down as far as possible with a flat back - around knee height.
💪/🤰 perform Suitcase Deadlifts, 15-sec. each side.

Hang Split Cleans
Perform alternating legs.

💪/🤰 perform Single-arm Hang Split Cleans, switching sides as needed.

Back Squat
If you're using dummbells, perform a Front Squat instead.
💪/🤰 perform sitting to a chair or stool.

Equipment
Barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack.

Adjust time to 20-30-45, respectively
