I know you math majors are going to add those Burpees up before you start, but just take it 6 reps at a time and it will feel like a blur. Perform the Weighted Burpees on the side of your elevated surface so you can go right into the Lateral Step-ups.

Options: hold one weight in each hand at the sides of your body → hold one weight between both hands at the center of your body.

🤰 perform 6 Deadlifts + 6 Elevated Burpees
Equipment: dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack
Weighted Lateral Step-up
Options: adjust the heaviness of the weight or height of the surface.
💪/🤰 perform 8-10 Lateral Step-ups, no weight
Equipment: elevated surface to stand on like a stool, chair, or stair // weight(s) like dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack, bottles of water
