This one looks like it's going to be a good one! Yes, there are a lot of things, but done correctly, you should be able to get some built in rest between sets. If each round is taking you longer than 40-seconds and you've fallen into a vortex of reps that you can't escape, then go ahead and either decrease the weights or reps so that you can rest.
