We're taking a break from all the hero workouts this week to get in some recovery and strength work to balance out all the intensity. For today, keep it light on the shouder movements and a medium-heavy on the leg movements. Today, is really about complementing and strengthening all those little muscles that have been supporting all the compound movements we've been doing (and will continue to do 🫢).
