We have a 20-min workout to start the week! This workout is meant to be done a consistent pace with minimal to no rest the entire time. Find a medium weight you can move unbroken. On the Candlesticks, try and really focus on shooting your legs into the air while squeezing your butt to help your hips push forward and straighten out. Hope you don't get vertigo after this one! 😵💫
