Today's workout is a killer! The first minute you'll start with 1 rep of Thruster and 1 rep of Plank Drag per side, you'll then rest the remaining minute. The next minute you'll increase to 2 reps of each movement, then rest the remaining minute. You'll continue adding 1 rep every minute until you're unable to complete all the reps within the minute. Once that happens your workout is done! There are a few caveats though...If for some reason you're out way too early, then what you'll do is continue to every minute with 6 Thrusters and 6 Plank Drags per side until 15 minutes is complete.
