The Set-up
- Stand with feet in squat stance under shoulders/slightly toed out.
๐โโ๏ธ The Action
- Lean over with flat back (as far as possible), shoulder pinched back, soft bend at knee (stop at a 90 degree angle).
- Sit butt down to the bottom of the squat, raising the chest up and driving the knees out.
- Push the butt up and chest over, returning to the 90 degree angle.
- Stand up.

- Stand with feet in squat stance under shoulders/slightly toed out.
