- Stand with feet in a wide stance, outside the shoulders.

- Lean laterally to one side, one knee bends and the other remains straight.
- Sit butt back and down to where your hip crease goes beneath knee, drive off heel and stand up, knees locked out.

- Standing with knees/hips fully locked in a wide stance (outside the shoulders).
