- Feet under hips
- With a hinge at hips, back flat with shoulders pinched back (big chest), soft bend at knee
- Weights are touching the ground
- Push ground away
- Open hips once weight is past knees
- Jump weight to shoulders with elbow high and outside close to body (not forward)
- Landing in a quarter squat position
- Stand up, squeeze abs and butt at top
