Too shy about working out in front of others? Not a problem. Feel free to leave your camera off and you can still get the benefits of having a coach there with you.

Minimal to no equipment required! We can help you get creative with things around the house or we can sub in bodyweight-only exercises.
"I don't have any experience."
Well, if you're reading this then that means you're interested in trying something new and that ROCKS!! Beginners are always welcome and we're really good at catering to each person's needs so don't worry because you're in good hands!

This weekend kicks off Memorial Day and we usually do a Hero workout to honor military soldiers who have died serving the US armed forces. But why have just one day, when we can do a whole week of Hero Wods! I've curated some hero workouts for us to do this week. Please scale and modify accordingly as these can be intense! If you have further questions on what/how to scale and are not coming to class, please don't be shy to reach out!
We're starting with a classic ""DT"". Choose a weight that will challenge you and aim to go as unbroken as possible. If you only have light weights, you have the option to go Double DT!!
