Today's workout is a bodyweight bonanza. I highly suggest that you do the running option, but if you're logistically unable to, then you're going to suffer, err I mean sub to Mountain Climbers. 20 reps of each Core-focused movement doesn't seem a like a lot at first, but after a short cardio spurt, you'll definitely start feeling them sooner than you want to.
