Too shy about working out in front of others? Not a problem. Feel free to leave your camera off and you can still get the benefits of having a coach there with you.

Minimal to no equipment required! We can help you get creative with things around the house or we can sub in bodyweight-only exercises.
"I don't have any experience."
Well, if you're reading this then that means you're interested in trying something new and that ROCKS!! Beginners are always welcome and we're really good at catering to each person's needs so don't worry because you're in good hands!

Today is a fun mix of everything. We're starting with Tabata V-ups, which just means you'll get as many V-ups as you can for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds, and repeat for a total of 8 rounds. If you're unable to do V-ups with straight legs, you can bend your knees or just perform Leg Raises. For the second part, use a heavy weight on the Farmers Carry and if you have the space to walk, then you'll walk and carry, if not you can just hold in place. The Bent Over Row weight can be a different weight and should be a medium-heavy weight.
