We're not taking our chances on extinction today. Lots of Push-up variations and running or cardio movements (if you're opting not to run). We're looking for quality over quantity on the Push-ups today, so I'd prefer 5 amazingly technical sound Push-ups over 100 slopping noodly Push-ups today (and any day, really). Choose modifcation options where you can keep the quality of the movements. If that means having to go down on your knees or on a wall, go for it!
