Too shy about working out in front of others? Not a problem. Feel free to leave your camera off and you can still get the benefits of having a coach there with you.

Minimal to no equipment required! We can help you get creative with things around the house or we can sub in bodyweight-only exercises.
"I don't have any experience."

All kinds of squats today. For the first part, use a medium-heavy weight for the all the movements - it doesn't have to necessarily be the same weight. I'd prefer jumping on the second part to get more of a dynamic stimulus. If you don't have anything to jump on, you can jump over somehing low.
