Too shy about working out in front of others? Not a problem. Feel free to leave your camera off and you can still get the benefits of having a coach there with you.

Minimal to no equipment required! We can help you get creative with things around the house or we can sub in bodyweight-only exercises.
"I don't have any experience."

I know I know...it's suppose to be Flex Friday. But you know, I like to keep you on your toes from time to time. But we do have a bit of lifting today with Overhead Squats. If you're using a DB, you'll do Single-arm version (total reps). Focus on going full range of motion as best as you can. Even if you have to go a little lighter. For the Snatches, use a weight that will give you some resistance throughout.
