Perform as 5 Slams, 2 Rotations each side, 10 Slams, 4 Rotations each side, etc.

Weighted Slams
Pick a light weight where you can perform at least 10 without stopping.

Option: reduce rep scheme to 3-6-9-12-15-12-9-6-3.
💪 do not go entirely overhead with the Slams, just to head level.
🤰 widen stance to accommodate for abdomen if needed or perform Weighted Swings.
Equipment: one weight like dumbbell or backpack.

Reverse Plank Leg Lifts
Pick an option where it feels challenging, but not impossible.

Options: perform with a bent knee instead of straight leg --> reduce rep scheme to 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 each side.
🤰 perform Reverse Plank Hip Lifts or Reverse Plank Hold in seconds rather than reps.
