Box Jumps
Pick an option where you're able to complete 25 with minimal rest.
Options: reduce to 15-20 reps --> lower height of surface --> perform Step-ups.
🤰 perform 30 low Step-ups (6-12")
Equipment: box, stool, chair, or any elevated surface.
Floor Version: set 2 markers apart a few feet and jump across them for each rep.
Wood Choppers
Pick an option where you can do 10 unbroken on each side while still feeling somewhat challenged.
Options: adjust load --> do not go entirely overhead at the top of the movement.
🤰 perform Single-arm Weighted Swings (chest level).
Equipment: dumbbell, kettlebell, backpack.
Russian Twists
Pick an option where you can twist for the entire minute with minimal to no rest.
Options: adjust load --> perform only with bodyweight and hands touching the ground.
💪 perform with feet on the ground with weight.
🤰 perform Weighted Torso Twists.
Equipment: dumbbell, kettlebell, backpack.
