Pick a medium-heavy weight where you will definitely feel resistance.
💪/🤰 perform to knee level instead of to the ground.
Equipment: barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell, backpack.
Russian Twists
Choose an option that feels challenging.
Options: perform using a weight with feet off or on the ground --> perform without weight with feet off the ground.
🤰 perform Elevated Side Plank Rotations, total reps, switching sides as needed.
Equipment: single weight like dumbbell, kettlebell, jug of water, or backpack.
