Options: perform with one weight across the shoulders or two weights, one in each hand.
💪/🤰 perform without weight.
Equipment: barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack.

Box Jump
Options: lower height of surface or perform Facing Jump-overs, no Step-ups today.
🤰 perform 20 Toe Taps, total.
Equipment: box, stool, chair, stairs —> no equipment perform 5 Ninja Jumps.
