Jump Rope
Choose something easy, that allows you to move the entire time.

Options: perform all Doubles → perform 30-sec. Doubles + 30-sec. Singles → perform all Singles.
💪/No Equipment Option: Quick Jumps.
🤰 perform Toe Taps.

Lightsaber Swings (aka Wood Choppers)
Pick a medium weight that feels hard the last few reps.

Options: adjust to 8-10 reps.
Equipment: pair of light weights like dumbbells, bottles of water, cans, etc.

Bantha Milk Carry (aka Farmer’s Carry)
Pick a medium weight where it burns but you can hold on the entire time.

Equipment: single weight like dumbbell, kettlebell, jug of water.

Lateral Step-over
This is the only leg movement, so make it hard!

Options: adjust height of Step-over object → adjust load.
💪/🤰 perform without weight.
Equipment: something to step over like a stool or broomstick laid flat on a chair → weight like a barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, backpack.
