The Set-up
- Lie on the ground on your stomach.
- Legs straight with ankles together.
- Arms up overhead, elbows locked out.

- Lift chest and thighs off the ground by squeezing your butt and pinch shoulder blades back.
- Only your stomach/pelvis are on the ground.
- Slowly return back to a full lying position.

- Lying on your stomach with arms and legs straight, chest and thighs lifted off of the ground.
