It's week 2 of the CrossFit Open and we've got a great at-home version today. Yes, there are burpees. Yes, there are Thrusters. That just means more fun!
Part A
Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 Burpees
10 Shuttle runs (1 rep = down and back)
*Add 5 burpees after each round.
Part B
Immediately after, as many Thrusters as possible in 3 minutes
