We have another two-fer Tuesday today. It's a CrossFit classic mixed in with a not CrossFit classic. Lots of jumping today, so make sure to warm up those ankles and calves. Use a sit-up option where you're able to most, if not all of the sets unbroken. For the second part, use a weight that you'll be able to move well consistently. You can choose to break up the reps however you'd like and you don't have to alternate.
