Today, we have another eclectic mix of movements that cover everything from shoulder stability to rotational patterns, to dynamic hips. It's a party and everyone is invited. This is an interval style workout, so your goal is to move relatively fast while still maintaining good form. Remember where you left off before the rest because you'll pick up where you left off each time.
