Today's test is a simple 1-mile run! My best advice would be not to go out too hard too soon BUT you should be at a somewhat uncomfortable pace. Once you're on your last 400m, that's when you'll hit the jets and make it huuuuurt. We're only timing the run for our test, so once you come back it's a nice easy recovery pace for the AMRAP.
