Today's workout is mainly about core/midline stability with a side of jumping. Option to up the ante by adding weight to the Russian Twists and committing to the two-feet take off on the Lateral Jumps. If the Wide-leg V-ups are too difficult, then you can move it down to a V-up or a Pancake Sit-up if you want to keep the straddle.
