Baby got backs. All backs, all the time. So much back it’ll be your front. For the first part, use a weight that feels heavy for 12 sets. Depending on your equipment options, you can use one weight for all 5 sets or increase as you go. For the second part, if you don't have a band available, you can do regular Bent Over Rows.
