This week's theme is Spring Cleaning! We're going to have some many Clean variations for you, you're going to be feeling spic and span.
For today's workout, you'll perform 6 Crossbody Muscle Cleans all on one side, then switch and do 6 on the other side. For the Weighted Step-ups, you'll perform all 12 on one side the first go around. The Pendlay Rows will be performed similar to the Muscle Cleans, 6 per side. Then, Step-ups again but all 12 on the other side. For the Weighted Step-ups, hold one weight and use the same weight for all movements.
