Today's workout is a tension tester and your goal is to maintain balance throughout.  The workout has two parts and it's done one side at a time. So, you'll complete the entire first part on the left side, then repeat on the right. If you're in a space that doesn't allow for a Farmers Carry, then you can just hold in place. The weights will not be the same for both movements, but both movements should feel relatively heavy.

Use a water bottle for the Turkish Get-ups and replace Carry with a Wall Sit Hold.
If there's no wall available, replace with a Plank hold.
