I can't think of a better way to beat this heat wave than a nice couplet of Curtsy Lunges and Push Presses. The culmination of th 'suns out guns out" and "skies out thighs out" in one workout. Reps do not have to be unbroken and the weights do not have to be the same for both movements. Use a weight where you will definitely feel resistance. The Curtsy Lunges can be done all one side before switching or alternating.
