We're starting the week with a variation of the Hero workout DT. The reps for DT do not have to be unbroken and you use the same weight for all three movements. This means the Deadlift weight may be on the lighter side while the Hang Power Cleans and Jerks might give you more trouble. This can be done with a barbell or dumbbells and choose a weight that you'll be able to move well.
