Hellooooo πŸ‘ We wanted to start your weekend off by leaving your worries BEHIND (eh? eh?) Similar to Glute Bridges, Hip Thrusts will engage your glutes, but your upper body will be elevated while you lift the hips up. Your goal is to get as many reps as possible in the first part, don't sandbag, we're always watching! The total number of reps you get will determine the reps you do for the second part.

For example:

Say you got 20 Sit-ups for round 1 and 22 Sit-ups for Round 2, then for Part 2 you will do a total of 42 Sit-ups. The same goes for the other movements as well.
